This Refund Policy applies to all services and memberships offered by MEDIA LABS GROUP INC. ("MediaLabs," "we," "us," or "our") through our websites, platforms, and any related services. By purchasing any product or service from MediaLabs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.
1. General Refund Terms
All purchases made through MediaLabs are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes, but is not limited to: creator memberships, coaching packages, training programs, brand campaign fees, retainer fees, and any other paid services offered by MediaLabs.
MediaLabs may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or credits for exceptional cases. Any such decision is made on a case-by-case basis and does not establish a precedent or entitlement for future refunds.
2. Creator Memberships & Subscriptions
2.1 Subscriptions
Subscriptions are recurring monthly payments. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date. Once a subscription has renewed, no refunds will be issued.
2.2 Payment Plans
By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to pay the full amount of the course or service as specified in the plan. Payment plans are commitments to pay for the product or service in installments over time. Payment plans cannot be canceled once initiated.
2.3 Digital Access
Because our memberships provide immediate access to digital training materials, community resources, coaching, and brand partnership infrastructure, we do not offer refunds after access has been granted.
3. Brand Campaign Fees
By making a payment for a brand campaign, retainer, or any creator-related service, the Brand acknowledges and agrees that all payments are final and non-refundable. These funds are directly allocated to creators, brand campaign managers, and coaches to facilitate the production, management, and optimization of content for the Brand. Due to the nature of this service, chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted.
If any issues arise, our team is happy to assist in finding a resolution. Brands must contact MediaLabs directly to report issues — see Section 6 for the required contact procedure.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting MediaLabs to resolve the issue is considered a material breach of our Terms & Conditions. In such cases, MediaLabs reserves the right to:
- Immediately terminate or suspend your account and access to services
- Retain any fees previously paid, to the maximum extent permitted by law
- Pursue legal remedies to recover losses, including chargeback fees, legal costs, and damages
5. Exceptional Circumstances
MediaLabs may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to duplicate charges, processing errors, or extenuating personal circumstances. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Mandatory Contact Procedure
All refund requests, billing concerns, or account-related issues must be directed exclusively to MediaLabs at hello@medialabs-co.com. Failure to contact MediaLabs through this official channel before initiating a dispute or chargeback may result in permanent termination of services and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.
