1. Refund Terms
1.1 Payment Plans
All payment plans are non-refundable. By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to pay the full
amount over the scheduled installments, regardless of usage or cancellation status.
Payment plans are a commitment to the total cost of the product or service and are not eligible for
refunds—either in full or in part. Failure to complete payments as agreed may result in account
suspension and loss of access to services.
1.2 Subscriptions and One-Time Payments
All sales are final. Refunds are not available for subscriptions or one-time payments.
1.3 Non-Usage or Missed Cancellations
We do not offer refunds due to non-usage of a membership. It is the responsibility of the customer to
manage and cancel their subscription prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue. Forgetting to
cancel or choosing not to use the membership does not qualify for a refund, as full access to the
service was still provided.
1.4 Media Labs Deposits
All deposits made to secure a spot with Media Labs are non-refundable. By submitting a deposit, the
client confirms their intention to join and participate, and a space is reserved specifically for them.
These deposits represent a commitment and are used to allocate internal resources—therefore, no
refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including changes of mind, delays, or
non-participation
