This month we hosted the Miami stop of the TikTok City Tour at our new MediaLabs HQ. 500+ people in the room — brands, founders, creators, operators. Neuro, Nello, and dozens of other brands showed up to talk about what's actually working on TikTok Shop right now.
At its core it was a matchmaking event. Brands meet creators. Creators meet brands. Real conversations about what's actually working right now.

The brands winning on TikTok Shop all have one thing in common: they're not treating creators like an afterthought. They're building with them from day one. Customers trust people more than traditional ads. Creators are the storefront. UGC is the ad. And AI is quietly giving creators the ability to produce at a scale that wasn't possible a year ago.
This is the direction everything is moving.
The Miami office is just getting started
We just opened our Miami office and this was the first of many. A lot more coming this year. We want to keep building events like this for the established brands and the younger startups figuring it out in real time. Those are the ones we want to grow with.
