Yes — for brands where LIVE is a fit (typically beauty, fashion, home, and select wellness verticals). We produce LIVE sessions in-house, partner with creators for affiliate LIVE shows, and integrate LIVE into the overall content + ad strategy. A CAP is an officially recognized TikTok Partner specialized in recruiting and managing creators for affiliate programs (open-plan affiliate commerce). CAPs run the creator side of TikTok Shop — sourcing, vetting, briefing, and ongoing relationship management.
A TAP is an officially recognized TikTok Partner specialized in premium-tier creator relationships and target-plan affiliate commerce (one-to-one brand-creator deals at higher commission rates). TAPs typically handle creators in the top performance tier of a brand's program.

Logistics & Operations

Primary market is US-based TikTok Shop. We can work with brands selling into the US market from overseas (UK, EU, AUS brands launching US TikTok Shop), but most of our creator network and infrastructure is oriented around US TikTok Shop specifically. UK/EU/SEA market engagements are case-by-case.

FBT (Fulfilled by TikTok) means TikTok stores and ships your inventory. CVR is typically 15–30% higher than 3PL because FBT items get faster shipping badges and prominent placement. Trade-off: per-unit FBT fees and inventory commitment. 3PL is more flexible for catalog testing, lower-volume SKUs, or when you already have a fulfillment partner.
Brand ships samples to creators based on a roster MediaLabs provides (creator name, address, SKU allocation). Or, brand drop-ships from a fulfillment partner. Or, MediaLabs operates a centralized sample warehouse for the brand and handles distribution. Sample shipping is pass-through cost.
Approximately 14 days from order delivery to settlement (funds available for withdrawal). The 14-day window covers the return period. Brands new to TikTok Shop should plan for 2–4 weeks of working capital tied up between order placement and payout.

Most TikTok Shop agencies operate on a monthly retainer ($8K–$50K+) plus pass-through costs for creator pay, ad spend, and sample logistics. We typically start with a 3-month minimum engagement so there's enough runway for the creator program to ramp and GMV Max to learn. After that, engagements are month-to-month with a 30-day notice period. We do not require annual contracts.
No. Creator pay, GMV Max ad spend, sample shipping costs, and any third-party software fees pass through to the brand at actual cost. The retainer covers the operating team only. This is the industry standard for reputable agencies.
No equity. We can structure engagements with a revenue-share component (typically 5–15% of incremental GMV above a baseline) for $1M+/mo brands, layered on a base retainer. Default model is straight retainer.
No. No reputable agency guarantees GMV — too many variables are outside agency control (product-market fit, ASP, COGS, seasonality, platform algorithm changes). We provide a forecast range (Conservative / Balanced / Aggressive) and commit to executing the strategy. The Balanced scenario is typically within ±25% of actual M6 GMV.
After the initial 3-month minimum, engagements are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We don't lock brands into annual contracts. If the engagement isn't working, the 30-day notice gives both sides a clean exit.
We operate in Germany (where MediaLabs is a recognized top TikTok Shop Partner) and can support US brands expanding into UK and EU markets. SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam) requires partner agencies in-market — we coordinate but do not operate directly.
